1. On-device AI processing

GoooldSI processes your prompts, selected images and generated replies on your device after you download and select a compatible model. The app does not send this content to the developer, an AI inference server or model download providers. No app account is required.

2. Local storage and shared models

The current chat history and attached images are stored within the app. Starting a new conversation clears that history. Downloaded models and local usage statistics are stored in an iOS App Group that compatible companion apps from the same developer can access. Usage statistics contain call counts, token counts and timestamps, not your prompts, replies or images. GoooldSI does not upload these statistics.

Your language selection and model preferences are stored locally. The app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

3. Model downloads and external services

GoooldSI downloads models from Hugging Face and its delivery providers over HTTPS after you choose to download. Download requests can be redirected to content-delivery domains. These providers receive information needed to serve requests, including your IP address, requested file and standard network headers. Their logging and retention are governed by their policies. Your conversation content is not included in download requests. Read Hugging Face’s privacy policy.

Opening an external link connects to that website, whose own privacy terms apply.

4. Your choices and deletion

You can remove downloaded models from the Models tab. This deletes the shared model copy used by compatible companion apps. New Chat clears the current conversation. Removing GoooldSI removes its private app data through iOS. Shared files may remain while another compatible app in the same App Group is installed; after all such apps are removed, iOS manages deletion of the shared container. Device backups and their retention are controlled by iOS and your settings.

5. Support messages

If you email support, the developer receives the email address, message and attachments you choose to send and uses them to answer your request and resolve issues. Email is handled by the email provider. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for support, follow-up or applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent by contacting the address above.

6. This website

This product and support website has no developer-added advertising, analytics, contact form or account system. It is hosted on a server managed by the developer and delivered through Cloudflare. The server and infrastructure providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. The website is available in English and does not set language cookies. Clicking an email link opens your email application; it does not automatically send a message.

7. Purchases

App Store transactions are handled by Apple. GoooldSI does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple processes purchase and account information under Apple’s privacy policy.

8. Contact and updates

Contact [email protected] about privacy questions or requests. We cannot retrieve local conversation content that has not been sent to us. If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date.
